Their filter is way to strong as well as you cant say if a property is not accepting section 8 and can't use the word glass.

I keep in touch with some folks still involved with those properties and the syndicators are are operating them very poorly (that makes me angry because I took care of these buildings well, treated the tenants well etc. and some of the units are section 8, the rest are low income). 

These are probably dummy accounts.4) If you look at Robert Kiyosaki's wikipedia (Criticism & controversy section), it mentions a similar company to Legacy.

I'm happy to discuss further with anyone who has an interest in Section 8 in Toledo.

If the house has the right updates for electrical it is a very in demand area for Section 8 tenants as well.
