If you pull from LS just be sure to scrub the list and make sure your criteria is very specific to what you want.

Get it scrubbed, remove dupes, make sure your criteria is exactly what you want and then I would send letters to that list (500-600 leads).

Mailers won’t help because the ones I’ve scrubbed are showing the same address and they all have mail piled up in the mailbox.
