It's empty right now and I'm leaning toward replacing windows since they seem to be old as the hills (people walking by simply talking....not the usual screaming in the neighborhood) can easily be heard when inside. 

A busboy named Da'Shawn got blown away in the back alley trudging home from work two years ago (the makeshift memorial really brightens up the block) and the convenience store down the main drag did have that drive-by three years ago...the clerk (who I know) heard the shots, then a guy stumbled in covered in blood.and screaming, "Dey shot mah baby!"

Katy does not scream tourist attractions or mass travelers coming through so your marketing should focus on grabbing the people who are coming there and the big businesses.

Or maybe they'll scream at you and hang up the phone.

I wish it wasn't.What's probably going to happen now is that you'll carry around this experience and the grudge it engenders for the rest of your life, and after you buy a house, the next time a politician stands up and starts talking about tenant rights and rent control and rent moratoriums, you'll nod along, and bad things will happen to landlords, and we'll all scream bloody murder here and in other forums on how unfair, unfair, unfair it is that people hate landlords so much.How much we contributed as a group to bringing the public outrage on ourselves through unethical, grasping business practices like this, well, that won't be as enthusiastically discussed.

"Partner approval" screams newbie who can't perform. 

Left his unit unlocked today and his crazy woman friend came in and next think you know I'm hearing her and her girlfriend screaming and fighting, etc.

You can look at history, but really a roll of the dice to predict the future.Some people love disaster projects, but for a newbie....all this screams to me to not consider places like this.
