I think Jerryll advocates doing the SEO yourself but of course if you don’t know how to do it yourself.. and have the money then you might prefer to pay for his course/services, he is very knowledgeable and has a lot of good reviews

And if they are a hobbyist/part-time builder, then they should engage the proper professionals, i.e. a title officer, civil engineer, architect, contractor et al to assist in reviewing the project's feasibility.

Full application review is almost more important than lease review, as you are seeing.  

Did they require you blueprints and plans be reviewed and made to conform to their standards?

Every PM I've met has at least several bad reviews, but I'm hoping this helps. 

Are you saying they don't count if you can't find the bodies?  

I have very terrible experience with CR of Maryland, and It turns out a nightmares' for me ever time for me to review the monthly statement.  

A lot of these folks dont want to share their own distuation out in public, so it may be a bit less "social" imo. but creating content around you buy houses / seller reviews and explainng the process at the very minimum will add a huge credbiliity boost to your website and will warm you a lot of seller leads before you ever speak to them!
