I like it because I can save random info (that I may need sometime... or not) while I'm at my computer and have access to it on my tablet later.Although, for the purpose of really learning and retaining new things, studies have shown that writing stuff out by hand is still the best way!

@Scott BridgehouseUnless the lender stipulates differently in their documents (like VA financing that requires owner occupany for the duration of the mortgage), 'owner occupancy' requires that you move in within 60 days and retain it as your primary residence for 12 months.

Take a look at either your Retained Earnings line (if you're reinvesting cash into the asset), your Shareholders Equity (if you have partners and are pushing out K-1's, at the end of the year) or Owners Equity line on your Financials, you will clearly see what I'm talking about, the financials don't lie unless you're cooking the books or doing them wrong.
