So, for example, if you want to donate land to a church you can do so on the condition that the church will only use the land for religious purposes, and if they don't then the land goes back to you.

Hi all,Have been listening to the BP Podcasts religiously for the last couple of months and decided to join the forum. 

I would like to get into real estate, either flipping or rentals but I have a major concern, I owe child support which I pay regularly every month religiously.
