Look at the steam generator it might have a logo on it (like KOHLER).Sometimes they are inside the sink cabinet below the sink, (Beware the Steam Generator is live electricity 100% of the time--hardwired in).Somebody is going to have a very relaxing rental.

Then I'd tell them to not come back.You probably don't have the muscle or combat skills to do this like I do. 

@Jeff Pollock, you might be better off looking just outside Portland city limits since the rules are more relaxed.  

Property managers have specific training on how to handle these matters and can reduce the stress and strain of a difficult tenant, allowing you to relax as your property generates the income and the equity you deserve.

But when intoxicated they are more relaxed and speak up...

Once you fund the opportunity, the only thing you need to do is sit back, relax, and collect payments in the form of quarterly or monthly cash flow distributions and lump-sum payouts at refinance and disposition.

From the sounds of it, you need time to relax and treat yourself.

My RE goals is just to make enough money to relax.

Or i might just relax this summer at my newly purchased cottage.

Or you could just relax for a year or so and enjoy the successes you already have.
