Its refreshing to see a developer/property owner that "gets it".  

Doesn't matter if I close my browser, refresh the page, etc., there are always quite a few in there and they're generally older ones too, not something I read yesterday, could be a week ago. 

It's refreshing to hear from "the real deal" and not the "flavor of the month."

I always do take them off my list, but now I am getting to the point where I need to refresh my lists.  

The paint on the wall is more likely to need to be refreshed each time they move than compared to when they are staying.

My clients find that refreshing as many brokers or agents just want to sell them some crap and could care less if they lose their shirt or not on a property by overpaying or not having the knowledge to catch big issues in due diligence.I am interested in the long term relationship over time.

I'm living in one of my half-done rehabs at the moment (long story), but even after all these years of being in real estate, it's refreshing to be reminded that I'm not the only one who sometimes makes uncomfortable lifestyle changes, with the end goal in mind.Newbies can learn a lot from the more experienced investors here on BP, but I think everyone can really benefit from the Newbies' posts, being reminded of why we first started it all.
