This is not rural, it is in Texas and the immediate area is experiencing rapid aggressive growth.

Our prices are steadily (or actually rapidly) climbing, but still not anywhere near NYC or surrounding area prices.  

VA is arguably best setup to make most rapid changes, if any, to suite.

Everyone in NYC / NJ wants to come over here to invest, and there is a ton of uneducated, out of state money that is driving prices up rapidly here.

Hi, I recently purchased a 3 bedroom 1 bath on the north east side of Grand Rapids, MI.

There are plenty of multifamily properties close to campus and the city overall is growing at a rapid pace.

I am from Pensacola as well and moved to Columbus, OH, due to the rapidly growing city. 

Location (rapidly changing/close to amenities)This will hopefully make it easier to rent and give you options to rent out short term if desired.

But my calculation reports show that as the years go on, the return rate growth is rapid, at the same time that equity buildup is the same..specifically after year 10.
