Kevin's Attorney called Seller's Attorney who did pick up the phone at that time and Seller's Attorney claimed he was sick with the Flu and was not in the office to take care of the Cancellation.Kevin's Attorney, a week ago, was tired of waiting and then sent a Demand Letter in Writing to Seller's Attorney to promptly return deposit.Kevin went to find out more about the Seller's Attorney, specifically if he had any problems.We searched a public Court Website and found out that the Seller's Attorney was sued by a Client that was Purchasing a Property.

Not sure if it is because of the volume of work we need done or its the fact that we always pay them promptly, I tend to think the latter.

Thank you for the reply Monica.We are still in the early planning stages, but if we decide to go though with it, I would enjoy sharing my knowledge and adventures on this forum.Your suggestion prompted me to investigate renting my current home. 

But ultimately, I believe it is the property managers fault; perhaps they were rude with the exchange in ideas over the phone with the HOA which has prompted what I can consider an outrageous and unprofessional reaction from the representative.I think you may need to refer to the bylaws and see what language is used to clarify level of communication in regards to use of property managers as I feel it is bold that they "will not work with Touchpoint Property Management."

I have noticed it prompts progress to follow quicker.

The most important quality that I look for is someone who picks up the phone and/ or returns calls promptly.

That observation 'might' prompt them to come take a look, doubtful, but they might visit the property, especially if they know no one has been using water/sewer at the property (they don't know, they just see usage).

He went upstairs and opened the doors and promptly put new locks on.

The PM was never prompt on payments to us, so we never knew if the tenant was late or not, we never got statements.
