What is the promote structure?

Most of the PM listed on Biggerpockets are for LTR since the site promotes self-managing STR.

We could then promote that day/chat and hopefully see who shows up!

Any coaching program that promotes Multifamily investing as a way to quit your day job in 12 months easily should be avoided as fast as possible!

This is not true real estate investing - you're investing in an investment promoter who may eventually invest some of what you send him into real estate but you'll have zero control over the investment once you send off the funds.
