You will need a licensed TX attorney to oversee the legal documents, you need escrow officers and transaction managers and business development/marketing.

Get their commanding officer and they will have them make it right.  3.  

As far as my personal investments, I have mainly focused on multifamily - but I do have commercial retail and office investments.

In Metro Detroit area, police will not remove these types of occupants (they are afraid of scamming landlord having police remove legal tenants), calling them a "civil matter" forcing landlord to start court eviction process.

If you strip it down too much, you can only earn a referral fee but not actually do any transactions.You have to talk to a few offices and see what they can do for you as an investor.

And is mileage looking for additional rentals and flips in markets you currently own properties in, deductible, if you operate out of your home office? 

I own a commercial building where I use half of the building for my team and the other half is office spaces rented to businesses.

If this was me, I would leverage my equity into a commercial office/retail/industrial multi-unit or multi-family property.

They said it is usually faster but someone that handles it was out of the office.
