Our property has cash flow and according to the many bigger pockets podcasts I’ve listened to you shouldn’t just pocket all cash flow but set aside a percentage to cover reserves, CAPEX, vacancies etc.

There is no reason anyone should move to CA.Best wishes I actually heard a podcast recently where they were talking about a syndicator they knew who invests in CA and was thrilled that nobody else wanted to because it limited his competition.
