He can't be more lenient on cutting rates like the last three meetings, and now has to actually play defense by hanging tight or actually increasing.

I've been playing with amortization calculators and have seen you can pay off 1/3 of the mortgage and reduce 2/3 of the duration.

That will play a factor for qualifying.

They want to pay based on what you're actually making.But I also believe that the square footage of the cabin plays a big part too.

I think there's a fair amount of play in the budget for what needs to be done.

I think real estate investing has always been a long play whether it be Turnkey or any other route. 

It's easy to play the what if senario over in my head over and over again, but I've shifted from "What if" to "What's next"!
