There are ALWAYS people who are sick of owning their own properties. 

Everyone else has left the business because they are sick of the city riding them constantly for everything and the insane bonding they are required to carry.

Pick the strategy that most interested you and sick with it.

But quite frankly, I am sick and tired of the snake oil salesman and garbage this industry attracts.For starters, wholesaling a property can work to the benefit of all parties involved.

None of what you said determines liquidity but sense I am obviously not going to convince you of something which is a plain fact I will stop trying since no one is getting much out of this.
