They offered me two packages: The first was the $10K package with access to their wealth building team, and which I was told I was not quite a good fit for based on my tax return; the second package was a $2K package called the My Tax-Free Wealth Roadmap which was more self-directed and offered access to several video tutorials and 12 months of access to group calls with Tom Wheelwright live (2 per month, 24 total).

If you buy a package of 6 lesser houses that means I have 6 roofs, 6 hvac, less cashflow, and likely subpar appreciation(dollar for dollar) compared to better areas.The reduced maintenance costs, higher rents, better tenants, appreciation, and reduced hassle factor for new construction are real and attractive.

'A' is relatively newly built with a full amenity package: typically resort level pool, fitness center, dog park, in unit washer and dryer, playgound(s) if mostly family area, maybe covered parking/garages, etc.

I just checked it out and it looks like their basic model is $20/property and their middle package is 1% of revenue, which is not worth it in my opinion.
