Buying water rights (mostly from farmers up north), pumping water, building reservoirs and filtering it before using (see reverse osmosis) is expensive, even for cities (and their constituents via taxes). 

I would meet and when we got to the meat and potatoes after the initial meet and greet it was apparent that people were struggling.

What kind of property/ies do they manage for you and do you feel like small potatoes for them?

Unless you're talking such small potatoes that you'd spend more with the lawyer than on recovery. 

A refrigerator in a rental is about $500, which I know isn't a small amount of money - but in the grand scheme of investment-property ownership... it is small potatoes.

Ultimately, this sounds like small potatoes in the grand scheme of things... but I get that my small potatoes may be a giant thorn in the side to you.

If you want residential 30YF, it'll have to be 3 contracts, 3 escrows, 3 loans (but one set of paperwork from you assuming the lender has an IQ greater than potato).

As far as price range, we've LO's up to $600k but our meat and potatoes is $180-$325kI prefer NOT to do lower priced houses, as I spend 10 times the energy adn time of less of a payday, plus the buyers are less qualified for our program.
