Place has an odor and carpet in bedrooms looked like it had been changed fairly recently but it doesn’t have “new carpet smell”. 

The carpet doesn't look dirty, but you know you can't see that microscopic gunk and odor in the carpet.Pro steam clean only costs $110.

The house does not smell, the carpet smells in one room kind of not pleasant but it has no dog poop , and in other rooms carpet does have some odor but not much.I used to live in dorms and carpet always smells ...
