More aesthetically pleasing and it can soak a lot of dishes.

We wound up going with Cox so we'll go ahead and move your dish/mount/cinder blocks into my storage unit down the street.

It doesn't seem to matter how tall the individual using the sink is, everyone has to hunch over and it's really annoying to do any dishes in it.

Kitchens in San Diego have around $50/month cap expense (a lot to go wrong in a kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, garbage disposal, dish washer, plumbing, etc.) and typically need full rehab at 15 to 20 years). 

& we get 4 dozen brown (Organic) eggs every couple of weeks from their chickens & their BBQ dishes are just amazing  :)

Personally I like equal bowl sizes, both deep.I still hand wash no idea why I even have a dish washer so I put all dishes on one bowl wash and transfer to the other bowl, then rinse and put on dish rack.  

I've now implemented a you shall be banned from the kitchen clause that people must sign, but it's not like I have internal house surveillance to know whose dishes they are. 

I’ve seen some people say not to use “investments” or “properties” for fear of lenders not dishing out loans, but I’ve had really no problem so far and I’ve been up front that I’m purchasing as an investment property.
