I come across many desperate sellers almost daily but they are still trying to hang onto their property in most cases but a percentage of the masses are open to liquating/selling the property but many are clueless as to how to do so successfully.

I can be on the road and halfway to Texas before the masses that can travel make it from Riverside & Temecula to Phoenix and overwhelm the services here. ;-)

@Marcus Brown  The four towns you've mentioned are where some of the lowest proces in eastern Mass are found. 

Hi Haley,I did hyper heat to take advantage of some Mass Saves deals --basically use them for AC.

You only have to look at the nearest mass produced sub division that is developed and built by a contractor to know exactly what I'm talking about. 3)  - Shop around and find a somewhat local architecture firm and start talking to them.

Joe, I'm not familiar with the Merrimack Valley market in Mass other than generally where it is, and it's not exactly next door to RI.

Therefore it falls in with the masses so to say it’s worth 50k sounds off.

I'm guessing the bandit signs and mass mailing to absentee owners will be the biggest lead generators.Also thinking about issuing some short term hard money loans.
