Partial notes are just a partial note in the loan's yield (not the loan itself) and in most cases, a second position on the loan (both upside and downside) by contract terms with Aloha.

This is a challenging time to place tenants. 6 weeks is my second longest ever with the longest being a unit that was ready mid December and took over 8 weeks. 4 months is long.

Fortunately I stopped borrowing on bridge debt a very long time ago so I've managed to avoid some of the distress you are seeing today as these bridge loans are maturing.
