I'd bet if there were a good field of competition the price would drop

Should I drop the price to 1700?

All said, drop the rate to market or slightly below (if you're in a tougher market) to attract a quality tenant, then pursue the refinance or sale as some have suggested already.

Some markets solar panels may increase your value....others it has no affect...and in others it will drop your properties value.

So lots were trading at 500. to maybe 3k in the day.. then they shoot up to 10k and when there is a boom they will shoot up to 30 to 40k only to drop back down to 10k I have watched those prices all these years..

And the posters unwavering belief that somehow these Feds are going to drop all investigations, prosecutions, politicking, taking coffee breaks, etc. and jump on their complaints putting the “full force” of the Federal government down on the subject company and its managers and feed them to the lions.   

Should there be a recession I'm estimating that I'll drop from 75-80% occupancy down to around 40-50%.

Or it could be that the recipient inadvertently dropped the email (it happens).But if two-way communication has been established and you’ve found that the sponsor is consistently slow to respond, that would be cause for concern.

Personally, I'd prefer getting in with the Boston market over Jersey, and would not count of prices dropping drastically anytime soon.
