Obama has already requested congress to increase the debt limit to 16 Trillion, which given the past track record, we will hit somewhere in the 2nd or 3rd quarter of this year.The FED lectures congress to be fiscally responsible yet promises to keep interest rates at or near 0% through 2014.It took us 200 years to create 825 (approx) billion dollars of physical money circulating the globe.

Last two were in response to my latest round of letters that contained actual LOIs instead of a vague "I will buy your property".It seems an LOI is taken a lot more seriously to the point of an angry owner lecturing me on how much more his property is worth :-).

I tell the propspective clients I counsel in my office--- pay me a couple thousand now, or a couple hundred thousand later.Also remember, that the majority of the states observe the "Statute of Frauds" this means that in order for any agreement surrounding the disposition of real property to be valid and enforceable, it must be in writing and signed by all parties.....Sorry about the lecture... but I see way too many people make big problems by not spending the intial money and time to fully protect themself, their property, their family, and their friendship!!!
