By the most important thing (if that's what you're doing) is to have a really good operator who knows the laws, has experience and is above board so they won't leave you high and dry.

Despite having generous incomes, some of them are utterly irresponsible with the property and leave a disaster behind when they move. 

Leave you with one last question: Does your reports from any software tie in to exactly your tax return? 

This then will leave the property free and clear.

What I do know is I don't plan to leave any crumbs 😂I also am aware of laws that say I shouldn't say things like, "I'm offering 8% return to someone who has the liquidity/resources", if they are not friends or family.

I know the founder and know that they've set out to build a platform that takes the best features of sites like Furnished Finder and Airbnb and leaves out the clunkiness and annoying policies and practices.

We believe that we are lowering risk, increasing the average expected return, and leaving the upside unchanged.   

If the IRS gets busy auditing them, maybe they will leave you alone.
