(assuming both property are of the same league) The reason why I'm doing this is because if I do not have ABC property under my belt, bank would require me to put that money with the bank as a security.

I've said no to a property that I saw go to another buyer (actually 3 buyers all related) because the seller was out of league with the price and it just didn't work for my numbers.
