So just a 10k learning experience for the old experience bucket.Now I did see folks in the room working as teams with their laptops spending 100's of thousands of dollars so I am sure if you run it like a full blown bizz you can do well and certainly in those tax cert states end up with some homes... but like many said most of them are bombed out...

You can quickly send out 'charges' at the beginning of the month (I'm working on automating this), and they can easily pay from a smartphone or laptop.

@Jeff Blanchard i am very much in touch with current technology. not a trend setter by any means, but i used to build my own PC's until laptops became dirt cheap. and i still think one does not need a PM software.can you explain how and why you think a PM software is so important?

I am now minus one air conditioner and two laptop computers, as well as all my personal items.The landlord says this was a miscommunication with one of the contractors bonded to them to do apartment clean-outs, and that they won't be compensating me for the lost goods including several hundred dollars of computer stuff that's now ruined from being thrown out of a third-story window in a garbage.They also claim that the missing stuff must have been stolen by a vandal (who must have locked the door behind him on his way out!?!?)
