I too don't mean to rain on your parade, but I understand the feeling of picturing one thing only to have something the complete opposite be the end result.

At the least I would find a good sparky to replace that FPE panel who is comfortable working with Al, have them replace any older receptacles as well while they’re there and just check through all the connections and do an in-depth inspection for you, or get a quote to replace all the wire with copper and make a judgement call based on that.

Not an interrogation but so much to unpack here....No judgement either, I have borrowed from qualified plans and have done early withdrawals too. 

Apart from, it's a bit difficult to make a judgement given that they haven't put their prices on their brochure.

@Eric AndrekopoulosWhen you want anonymity and/or outside liability protection.If you get a judgement against you personally, it won't attach to your property if it is titled in a trust with a trustee other than yourself. 

what we do if we want to waste time on this is to get the judgement at small claims.then there are methods to garnish.. although I will say its rare that anyone collects anything in these situations.

Jan 22- we had the rain storm and immediately the roof started heavily leaking, through the flashing along the beam by the chimney.

I don't need to justify my actions, and u better not be so judgemental about different investment strategies 🤷
