If it’s a high traffic corner at a signalized intersection it should be in demand.

I'm very familar with that intersection and looked up your specific lot and that price point or construction design isn't feasible. 1.

It sits on a corner in a major intersection across from shopping and restaurants and less than a mile to schools. 

The one in question is a 3BR/2BA w/basement, 1920's build located on a main intersection across from shopping and restaurants and a 1/2 mile from schools. 2500sf under the roof sitting on about 6000sf lot. 

Center is located in a desirable market at at signalized intersection.

@Kevin May is in line with my thinking.... thats the rough part.... stay west of Werk/Harrison intersection, and towards Mercy High School and Cheviot.

In regards to family members and who is 'dis qaulified' it was explained to me this way;Think if a family tree as a 'cross' with you at the intersection.

Broadway/Jefferson intersection has a ton of character if it could get some momentum as the new hip area like S.
