Another good way to procure financing is through business lines of credit...you can purchase a shelf company that it 10 years old and then go to a bank and get the lines you need up to $1,000,000 on several companies and then merge them all to form one "investment" company and go from there...

Maybe when its time to replace the studs (if they ever need replacing) you could also frame in a shelf (if it would be practical given your space) so that it wouldn't need to be addressed again.

., and the ballast contacts start to crack and go bad where the lights go in.If you are going to stay there awhile I would definitely spend more money on LED lights or similar that have a very long shelf life and pretty much zero maintenance.You want to grow your business and sales and not have to take time away to deal with building space issues down the road.
