We usually bomb the house during the reno and wouldn't turn it over to tenants if we thought it had any kind of infestation.

C- neighborhoods are not for everyone, learned about Evictions (personally handled all of the legal through writ of possession), Pests control (bed bugs, roach infestation).

If it is not a gang infested war zone, I'd be making on offer on that if I lived in the area.

I obviously do not want to buy a home infested with mold and potentially incur major remediation costs.

If you go into one of these "Bed Bug Units" yourself, they can hide themselves in the seams of your clothes, and will infest you, your vehicle, and your home and family.

They had a bed bug infestation had would smash and smear them all over the walls, can I charge them for the cost of a painter to paint?
