Hi @Sumit B.To start off, Cape Coral does have a 7 day rental minimum, however, this is an ordinance that pre-dates the STR industry and was originally targeting transient housing.

My only hurdle is the fact that I don't know the Real Estate Investing industry that well, so I don't know where or how to find the right documents for my wholesaling transactions.I've began generating pre-foreclosure leads, which I am able to filter out just ones with high equity, owner occupied, and no auction date, yet.

The instances where I do take the fee are often off market heavy entitlement transactions where I incur significant out of pocket pre-development expenses and use the fee to help with reimbursements.
