NO one is immune... so the risk for a first timer is you hit a bummer out of the gate and your now broke and in debt.  

I did not get into this thinking I was immune to these situations, I posted to gather a best course of action to move forward and keep my goals and property on track.

They have held up very well for 2 years now and are immune to metal utensils.

I'm guessing many were politicians immune from layoffs.

DSCR should be immune to that seasoning period, or else it's just a regular conventional seasoning period.

When you begin approaching $20,000 in liquid savings, you are likely to be financially immune to all but the most extreme financial disasters.

However, remember that even gigantic companies like the once-untouchable Countrywide proved to be not immune to collapse.
