@Timothy Moore, to answer your questions, my long term goal is to build a successful, profitable real estate portfolio that provides at least enough horizontal income that would allow me to quit my full time job and put all of my efforts into starting my own business doing architectural design, as well as real estate investing (whether that be flips or buy and hold).

I went back, wrote them a very nice letter saying hey listen we’re still willing to buy the house “as-is” but it’s become more of a risk so it’s going to have to be $15,000 less (horizontal crack).
