my dad just had a new well drilled for about 1,000. he only uses it for lawn irrigation as he gets county water for other purposes.not sure how deep they had to go (it's florida so water isnt too deep). as far as filtration systems, the water quality is pretty rough here in my neck of the woods. i have a sofener for my everyday water (showering, etc) and a RO (reverse osmosis) for potability. i'm a bit of a water conniseur. that's what i drink 99% of the time.i'd suggest ensuring a decent water system as bad water can really harm plumbing/piping.Good luck on tues!!!!

Let the non profits take on the extras so people help as needed then return to their own lives rather than build a bureaucracy that just feeds off of the system and does more harm than good. in many cases.

Something I have noticed for quite some time is that lenders are not being candid about the depth of the crisis and no one in charge is making them accountable for the harm inflicted on each and every one of us.

The harm that occurs on the property will not bleed out to the members of the LLC.An umbrella policy is good to have but it is not a subsitute for an LLC or any other business entity.

You are guaranteed to get some hostile responses at some point, and possibly put yourself in harms way from angry/desparate people.I would stick with a multi-pronged marketing approach (direct mail/postcards, recurring newspaper/pennysaver ads, signs, networking, etc.), and leave the door-knocking to the vaccuum salesmen.Get creative.

If no one is complaining, then until you have some reason to stop him, I guess there's no harm in letting it go.

I'm confident that the net benefit is greater than the net harm.
