There seems to be an awful lot of people who get into real estate with the belief that they'll be happier if they make more money because it will allow them to become more extravagant spenders.

We're happier with that move rather than if we went HML.

Once I got to the site I was able to explain to the owner that he should expect a major settlement from the auction company he was much happier. 

We have been through a lot of accountants over the years, and when we found our current one, Jason Dubnik, we could not be happier.  

FT and never been happier

So we are happier with the 2nd buy although the first 2 are in a better and closer town. 

Couldn't be happier with that decision.One thing that has helped me early in the game is my website/blog.

I used @Brandon Hall this year and could not be happier.  

Our first house originally had a business running out of it and had two front doors and some super strange features, but I made money despite the crash because it was undervalued considerably when I bought it because it was really weird then.I would actually be a lot happier investing in Waco or Lubbock, personally.
