Back on my powerful morning routine...Woke up to a quick wake up meditation,,My oldest got up with me and we did some stretching and a workout,Another meditation and affirmations that he picked out,Got the youngest up and readied them for driving to school,Dropped the youngest off at chess club,Then spent the best 30 minutes ever with my oldest at Panera playing a card game before dropping him off at school,Now doing some journaling, reading, and sharing before day three of Target setting begins.Routines have become my source of certainty, power, and habitual 1% steps towards the person I desire to become.

It looks like the apt vacancy rate across Seattle and the PNW are at about 8.6%, the highest since 2009.Kathy Fettke had a short segment on 'millennial flight ' from expensive downtown apts in these times of telecommuting , but the draw to living in the heart of vibrant cities is expected to return.

I know I personally had no desire to escape to another urban environment (other than a moment of wishing I could experience Venice when there were no other tourists <grin>).If we are able to bring the pandemic under control by summer 2021, I suspect there will be a lot of pent up energy to visit all the vibrant destination cities around the world that were closed down and not at all vibrant in 2020.And, yes, we were able to purchase the 200 Airbnb IPO Directed Shares.

For a tenant who is habitually late or who does not communicate an issue like that, the late fee applies and in most cases if they have not paid by about the 21st of the month I will issue the 10 day pay or quit notice to begin the eviction process.
