Is the yard well groomed?

In Las Vegas Class A properties tend to be in subdivisions or communities with HOAs and have a well groomed and uniform appearance and in the best school districts.

My experience is that you will need to groom them.

We have 17 doors.... when we get to having more than 20 I might consider hiring a manager who reports to me, and groom them for the job.

(I have a groomer who takes care of Sasha's nails plus my sister (dog trainer) for in-between grooming appointments.)
