I got a quote for 8K sft retail from a construction company for around $120/sft, this includes site prep, utilities, metal building erection, exterior finishes, interior insulation etc (basically build the shell from scratch).

We are listed on about 6 sites and besides the typical Airbnb and VRBO, we've had success with Travelstayion as well.

Start to see what makes one more than the other you might have one site looking at quartz counter tops with huge living rooms and the other looking at plastic counter tops,  being able to identify this will help you identify where your property could sit.  

You could look up Neighbor.com and do small storage on site for others as a new niche as well.

I would even take it a step further and share that executive summary with all neighbors of the site.

There are training sessions you can sign up for on the site, these are live with no recording of the sessions. 

@Justin Boyd just saw the location on this, I'm somewhat familiar with that market, we do quite a few retail deals in CLE and the surrounding areas, I'd be happy to give you an opinion on the site if its helpful.  

I haven't advertised a rental on Craigslist since 2010 and it was full of scammers and other problems back then.It's hard to believe that site ever survived.

And I think he did make a post that he is moving back to the mainland and it sounded like maybe taking  a different role in ODC  Again hard to glean things from facebook no one really gives any details on that site so all just wag's on my part.
