Does anyone have an example of what a contract should look like and the details in the scope of work?

I have the contract to use them sitting in my email now so I saw a preview of all the data and it's pretty incredible.

You could easily be $100k in for water/gas/power/sewer if you’re talking 4+ lots.

Does he understand, Deeds, Due On Sale, Insurance, tax implications, servicing, contracts and so on?
