That's a lot of advanced education you got to not apply to good use.

I am only curious and trying to educate myself on sub to as it seems rather attractive to me as a non-US buyer who has access to emergency lines of credit, albeit, maybe limited to 200k. 

You don't have to pay attention to comments on this thread that bother you, but you should speak up and share information so we can all be more educated.
