Sure, because when you take rent payments out of the equation you can focus on the tenant landlord relationship and providing the best experience for the tenant.All the best!

I wouldn't focus singularly on individual city initiatives/projects and would recommend focusing more on fundamentals.

Break even, appreciation focused?

I would say the biggest thing I would do is focus on finding bigger cash-flow markets known for great rents and try to see if that works.

Find an area to focus on, research it for 6 months, then score a deal.

I just want to focus on what I do and whether I can legally employ one or another approach/strategy, to test its viability.
