You haven't provided us with any information that would help us help you.My recommendation: do not sell a property unless you have a plan to invest it in another property that will perform better, or if selling will move you closer to your goals.If you don't have a firm plan, hold onto it until you do.

I'm a new real estate investor looking to connect with experienced investors, real estate professionals, and other like-minded individuals in the Woodbridge, VA, Baltimore, MD, Hyattsville, MD, or College Park, MD areas.I'm eager to learn from those with more experience and build relationships within the local real estate community.

I had/have no issue trying to resell the land just not sure how to promote land unbuildable especially with the expectations & price the buyer FIRMLY wants. 

New investors eager to succeed are impressionable which makes them easy prey.

I recommend people doing a side gig on what they specialize in.I am an accountant and when I worked within large public accounting firms, I had a side gig of bieng an accountant.I had a salary with my employer so regardless of how much more hours I put with them, i would be paid the same. 

I am eager to understand the parameters and any necessary requirements to ensure compliance with your guidelines.If the corporate lease allows subletting or alternative rental arrangements I would love to come in and check the property as soon as possible.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
