Real estate taxation is a highly specialized field.

If you have a lot of closings, it likely means you have a lot of inventory, listings, agent network and experience in the field. 

After years of service, I'm diving into my second career focused on real estate investment, I have a particular interest in flips and short term rentals.I'm also a licensed real estate agent in Washington and have a strong drive to succeed in this field.

Its time to get a bookkeeper when it is costing you.... the cost is time away from family or finding the next deal no matter what field you are in.

I have a client who does this model in oil fields in Texas and is making a killing doing it because they are so short in housing to place these oil rig workers.

The best thing he can do (if he wants to go to college) is do something he loves that will also get him a job at the end (eg STEM fields or trades).

We are excited to get started but want to make sure we set ourselves up well by talking to folks in the field to set up our business model well, find great real estate agents and investors that work in our area, and see who else is out there doing it in this area.
