Would that method work again?

Each method has a cost in both time and money.  

Additionally, they managed to refinance while the rates were at historical lows (and still somehow cashflow negative ik 😭), so any loan methods that involve changing those rates are not ideal.

Some of it is due to his questionable methods of getting reviews on Bigger Pockets.

My interest are house flipping and the BRRRR method.

Been looking around North Conway its one of my other favorite spots to visit each year cozy little town with a lot of local amenities.

They are my favorite, because they are cheap and snap together higher, which better protects from splashing water.

As you get further into your journey read the House Hacking BP book, it's my favorite BP book personally.
