There're hundred of office space looking for tenancy next to google office in mathilda, also in patrick henry.These old 1980 style single story office after dotcom crash, nobody want to lease the space, even during booming time, no company would move there.what's funny is behind lawrence there are bunch of new  condo , that my friend ex manager at linked buy with cash, all from company option, and retired at 45, life is strange...i used to live not far from your cambrian neighborhood , who in the right mind think the area avg home price in 2 mil in 1999 LOL but yea some people is just lucky because of what they did during 2005-2019 era.the boom and bust cycle is very tangible in san francisco though....

If you have a nuisance tenant (ex. tenant who pays rent but late every month, tenant who complains about things like "I saw A wasp or I'm getting the wrong mail in my mailbox,"  but fails to report legitimate issues in a timely manner, tenant who fails to get along with the neighbors), you won't be able to get that nuisance tenant out and all your good tenants will leave because of it.
