But, do Not take the “free” title insurance...it’s not really free as their title co. adds a bunch of junk fees, and.....their title searches don’t include non recorded liens, and they will be excluded in the title policy.

I had a chance to speak the gentleman who performed the pre-listing inspection a few weeks afterward and he told me that the real estate company who hired him to perform the pre-listing inspection excludes the roof, the exterior foundation, and a few other important items from his scope of work when he is working for them.

I was wondering if anyone who has done this can tell me if after comparing price per sqft of the building aspect of the project only (cost of land, environmental remediation, and demo excluded) they have found modulars to be a more cost effective way to go rather than stick built.
