Next, 10k in damage seems excessive for an emergency leak, since if the leak was in a wall, it would most likely result in most of the water falling into a basement (if there is a basement) or it would pool along the floor.

If anyone stays beyond 10:30 AM I was authorized to call 9-1-1 and someone would be there to arrest Tresspassers.I actually gave them til 7:30 PM the first night before locking the door, and then I even came early to open the place up at 7:30.
