5) Last ditch, I thought about trying to find another buyer who would buy one of the duplexes and I would buy the other at the same time for the seller's 1031 obligations, but this is not my ideal solution.Thanks in advance for any ideas!

They wear their dirty shoes on them, spill crap, nasty dander and dead skin, then you steam clean a bunch of times, which leads to delamination. 100% headache.i'm ditching carpet for vinyl plank.
