@Paula Samuel ,I think there will continue to be disruptions in the short term furnished rental market, both through technology, legal changes, etc., and I don't think that's stopping any time soon.

I believe it is a good thing to try to save a tenancy and to continue to nurture the landlord-tenant relationship, even after some disruption.

When you're dealing with a 10 unit building, the owner can't have their tenants lives continuously disrupted, etc., therefore; it's understandable in such a case.
