With all our local events, we all know that Scottsdale is a huge magnet for visitors during January-March.

I was thinking about getting some magnets made with contact information as well.

If the 2nd apartment is not up to code, doesn't have permits and inspections and a c/o, I'd pass.BTW, in some jurisdictions, multiple mailboxes or doorbells on a single-family are a great giveaway that it is a chopped house, and becomes a magnet for violations.Lastly, if you do play that game, make sure your insurance company insures the property as a 2-family home.  

So right now I'm feeling like a project magnet!

The other downside is since it is a dedicated FA AC system, the vents need to be covered with magnet covers in the winter so ducts don't condensate in the months it's not in use.The old steam radiator heat has been wonderful!!!
